A: Absolutely!  We love helping bring your party vision to life.  If we already have what you need in stock, we’ll can share ideas and show you where to find it.

A: Currently we ship to Canada and USA. If you live outside of these countries, contact us at lemonadepartybox@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote and to confirm that we are able to ship to your location prior to ordering.

A: We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Please place your order with as much lead time as possible to account for potential delays due to COVID-19 or other unexpected events.

For orders with standard shipping, we work to ship our stock orders within 3 to 4 business days of your order confirmation. Keep in mind that shipping is in addition to the listed time frame. Canada Post estimates 2-8 days for shipping Canada-wide.

Within Greater Toronto Area, we also order next day delivery (weekdays only). If we receive your order by 10am, we may be able to arrange for same day delivery. Pre-order merchandise and custom orders are excluded from this option.

For your convenience, we also offer expedited shipping, which are shipped out immediately when possible. However, this is not guaranteed and a member of our team will reach out to confirm. Canada Post estimates 2-4 days for expedited shipping Canada-wide.

Please note these timelines are estimates as we receive a large volume of orders and due to covid-19 related shipping delays that are beyond our control. If you have a specific requirement, please reach out to us at lemonadepartybox@gmail.com


A: We cannot resell party goods so we do not offer refunds.  The exception is if an item in your order arrives broken or defective.  In the rare event this happens, please email us at lemonadepartybox@gmail.com

Please note that once an order is shipped, it is out of our control and on to the hands of our shipping partners (e.g., Canada Post). Lemonade Party Box is not liable or responsible for delays or items stolen from your home after delivery. Please keep track of your orders with our tracking information and notifications.

A: We offer a flat rate for our delivery options based on rates that reflect those we receive from our shipping partners.
